  1. Pre-Order Machinery Policy

Machinery pre-orders are offered at special promotional pricing and are reserved specifically for the Customer.

Customers are required to present the original advance payment receipt when collecting pre-ordered machinery or other items.

Print Right reserves the right to withhold the release of goods if valid proof of advance payment is not provided.

  1. Warranty Policy for Printers & Equipment

4.1 Equipment Warranty

New machinery is supplied with a limited manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months, covering factory and manufacturing defects only.

To maintain warranty validity, the Customer is required to purchase all recommended consumables from Print Right during the warranty period. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being voided.

In such cases, additional charges may apply to restore the machine to proper operating condition.

The following items are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Print heads
  • Needles
  • Heating elements
  • Ink dampers
  • Consumable parts
  • Damage caused by improper handling, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs
  • Physical damage of any kind

4.2 Service Warranty & Technical Support

Technical support will be provided online during working days from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Print Right does not provide on-site repairs or servicing at customer premises.

In the event of a major fault, the Customer is required to bring the machine to the Print Right service center for inspection, servicing, or repairs.

Following inspection, the Customer will be informed of the estimated time required to complete the repair or service. Repairs may take up to a maximum of 7 working days depending on the nature of the issue.

All repairs and servicing are carried out exclusively at the Print Right service center.

To qualify for warranty service, the Customer must present the original purchase invoice at the time of the claim. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in the warranty claim being declined.

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Production delays
  • Loss of business opportunities
