Professional Sublimation Guidelines & Best Practices

Mirror vs. Straight Printing

Mirror printing flips the image before pressing so it transfers correctly onto mugs, tiles, and plates. Straight printing is used primarily for glass/crystal back-transfers or clear substrates read from the opposite side.

Substrate Preparation

Ensure all ceramic and metal surfaces are wiped clean of dust, fingerprints, and moisture before applying heat. Humidity can warp colors or cause steam-spotting.

Pressure Adjustments

High pressure ensures crisp transfers on t-shirts and fabrics. Moderate pressure prevents cracking on fragile items like glass plates, tiles, and crystalline awards.

Please contact your substrate supplier for additional information.

Heat Press Machine Power Connection Guide

Heat Press Machine - Simple Power Connection

Main Power Board → 16A MCB → 13A Wall Socket → Heat Press Machine

Wire Thickness Guide (Copper Wire)

Connection Wire Size Remarks
Main Board to MCB 2.5mm For Safe & Reliable Power
MCB to Wall Socket 2.5mm Recommended
Wall Socket to Machine 2.5mm (Flexible) Use Good Quality 3 Core Cable
Earth (E) 2.5mm Mandatory for Safety

Key Points

  • Always use 16A MCB for protection against overload & short circuit
  • Use 13A wall socket for safe and stable connection
  • Proper earthing is mandatory for user safety
  • Use recommended wire size (2.5 mm copper wire)

⚠️ SAFETY FIRST

  • Switch OFF the power before any connection or maintenance.
  • Ensure all connections are tight and insulated properly.

SAFE CONNECTION. PERFECT PRINTS!

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

All electrical wiring and installations must be carried out by a qualified professional electrician. Always use high-quality copper wires, certified sockets, and reliable electrical components. Do not use low-quality wire cords or cheap accessories, as they may cause overheating, short circuits, fire hazards, or machine damage. Proper grounding (earthing) and correct wire thickness are mandatory for safe and stable operation of the heat press machine.
