General Overview

By placing an order or accepting an invoice from print Right, the Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms supersede any prior agreements or oral discussions. 

Custom Printing (Sublimation & DTF)

Artwork Approval: The Customer is responsible for verifying all spelling, colors, and layout. Production begins only after written or digital proof approval. We are not responsible for errors present in the approved proof. Color Matching: Due to the nature of sublimation and DTF (Digital-to-Film), exact color matching (Pantone) is not guaranteed. Slight variations may occur depending on garment material and ink absorption. Customer-Supplied Materials: If the Customer provides their own blanks/garments for printing, PRINT RIGHT is not liable for damage to the item during the printing process due to heat sensitivity or fabric instability. 

Machinery Sales

Testing & Acceptance: All machinery is tested for functionality prior to dispatch. Upon delivery/pickup, the Customer must inspect the machine. All machinery supplied by the company is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase/invoice.

Operator Competency: 

The Customer acknowledges that industrial machinery requires proper training. Print Right is not liable for injuries or machine damage caused by untrained or negligent operation.

Power Requirements: 

The Customer is responsible for ensuring their facility meets the electrical requirements specified for the machinery.

Payment Terms

Custom Goods: 100% payment is required upfront for all custom printing orders unless otherwise stated.

Machinery: 

A minimum deposit is required to secure machinery, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery or installation.

Refund and Return Policy

Custom Orders: As these items are manufactured to specific requirements, no refunds or returns are accepted unless the product is physically defective or the print differs significantly from the approved proof. 

Machinery: 

No refunds or returns will be accepted once the machinery has been sold and delivered. All sales are final. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Equipment: New machinery carries a limited manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months covering parts only. Consumables (print heads, needles, heating elements, ink dampers) are generally excluded from warranty coverage. 

Services: We warrant that our printing services will be free from significant defects for 30 days post-delivery. 

Limitation of Liability

PRINT RIGHT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit or business interruption) resulting from the use of our products, machinery, or delays in production. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific invoice in question.

Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss passes to the Customer once the goods leave our premises. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs
