Epson Inkjet & Sublimation Printers

Sublimation printers print designs in sublimation ink onto transfer paper, which a heat press then transfers onto polyester fabric and coated blanks such as mugs, plates, key tags and mouse pads. Inkjet versions print with standard ink for photos and documents, so choose the version that matches your work. A printer used for sublimation should stay on sublimation ink.

• Epson L130: A4, a common starting point for mugs, chest prints and small gifts.
• Epson L1800: A3, for larger transfers, full-front shirt prints and photo work.
• Epson L805: for printing onto inkjet-printable PVC ID cards.

For sublimation, pair the printer with a mug heat press or flat-bed heat press and coated sublimation blanks.
